Insanely exhausting and psychedelic night with Abi, Justin, Jill, Xuan, Marcus, Jehanne, and respective people's boyfriends. ha. Pretty much a spontaneous plan, with a horribly long queue, and the awesome gift of spots on the Guest List. Qudos to Inq Leon for getting me (and in turn abi and marcus) on the VIP line. [thaaank!] Awesome music, great crowd, good drinks, ever-wonderous company. Getting a little soaked in the rain and spending 6 dollars cabbing from Fullerton Hotel to Fullerton One [HAHAH ikr], then finding the underpass after that was definitely not cool, but the night worked out just great eventually. Walked out at 4am with sore, aching legs, numerous people sprawled around the outside washroom [pukefest to the max eww] and cabbed back with Justin, who decided to be one prodigal son and return to his friend's chalet at changi whom he had left for butter that night. Was made to wake up for church this morning, [not that i even slept a wink for some reason], and now im here. Still aching. This is pure proof of how unfit I am. Tis been nine million and five years since I last blogged. Lacked the inspiration! [ not that any of it has returned, sadly] With the first week of term two now behind us, I am ever so worn out and drained. Oh but it was all good fun and drama. In light of recent events, the Bee and I met in attempt to help fix each others lives. Which of course included a piercer (sadly it has failed so far haha), and a couple of other quick fixes along the way, which involved changz (haha) and tea. Discovering long uncovered songs that lay in the abyss of my ipod during shifts at Frolick, talking to new girls and crafting new friendships, hanging with some of the usual biatches in school and delving into the depths of school work,[and of course impulsive buys] has proven to be escapicism for me in the current mess of a messy life. All this stagnance and uncertainty makes me die a little inside everytime.

Past few days spent hang chilling with people. Thursday night, Bev and I caved and decided to fugg newswriting and just chill. haha. School has consumed all of us. BUT! we have survived the terror of this week. RELIEF! I however, am not too pleased with overall performance in academia so far. sigh. 2 assignments handed in late this week. We all almost gave on on life yesterday when it was 455pm and we were still lining up in the printing store and we had a 5pm deadline to meet. Did the crazy fms run up the hill and it still failed. So Friday saw us trudging down to school at 8am to make clay kitchen appliances for art. HAHA. I chose to make... a JAR. Which Derns promptly broke by accident after I completed it. HAHAHA. Oh, funny. Since it was such a slow, lazy, sticky-hot day, we decided to head down to town and try to be spontaneous. hha. I cut my hair and had wanton noodles, and bumped into Edmund AGAIN. Story of my life. yay. haha. saturday called for catching Horsemen with Bryan, which was actually kind of gory, but the build-up of the murders was good. HOWEVER. The ending was.... -shakes head- ,predictable and just a little anti-climatic. Shame! It could have been a good movie. 8pm rolled around and we went down to Siloso to catch Am for her 18th at Costa Sands. HAPPY 18TH BIATCH:D Lazed around with food and beer and wine and pool then made a spontaneous walk down the beach where Bryan lost his wallet (it just came OUT haha) then headed back all exhausted. Oh dear me oh my oh ho. I am now down with an almost influenza. Sore of a damn throat started yesterday and even the constant drinking of water at work didn't help. AUGHGHGHGH. Oh , REALLY?

I have resurrected from the evil wrath of school and alas; we have survived the first week. HAHA. The never ending lectures, the heavy tutorial days, the hassle of getting a lunch table, the desperate need for coffee, the being late every morning, and the superb company of my bitches... all seem too familiar. Day one was full of initial excitement and apprehensiveness to how the first day would turn out; the new people we would meet, and the expected boredom during a full day of lectures. Denise and I were obviously armed with gummibears and canned coffee (yes i know, CANNED; sad but true) that was by the way DISGUSTING. I think nescafe has diluted their canned latte. ugh ugh ugh. Bumped into Keann like nine million times hahah and OH. Since I was in desperate need for a cca, I have joined photography and auditioned for Radio Heatwave. Which I hope to be accepted in. ahah. Had a very heated discussion with Denise on whether to take a cab home or not as a "surviving the first day" treat; and was egged on by a very evil and instigating freshman, Chris, who was literally the voice of evil. I swear we took a good half an hour just standing there, debating pros and cons, laughing, deciding on something, then changing our minds again. HAHA. Actually it's been like that pretty much the whole damn week. Tuesday afternoon was spent with Bryan. He cabbed down to school so I could hop on; out and away from campus. hahahaha. Collected my glasses, had din tai fung, walked so much I died; then had to head down for yoga. haha. Exhaustion I swear. Wednesday. Had a secret day with my dear secret friend, had secret plans and ate secret popcorn. Secretly NETSed more stuff and Racher, did you know I secretly went back to change my eyeliner to a different colour HAHAHAHA SHHHHH. And I just realized I do not paragraph at all so now I feel its a good time to move on to the next paragraph. ha. ha.

Thursday was ugh REALLY LONG and if not for Bevs and Zayar I would have died. We are seriously the epitome of LUCKAY. We are in the same project group for practically most of our classes. HAHA. We spun our heads right round right round (well for zayar could have been something else but lets not go there shall we hHAHAAH) and played the most amusing round of taboo with Wan, Miril, Sam, Bevs , Zayar and Derns and Bjorn and Dinn during break. I died. I really died. haha. So today called for me to arise at 545am, which obviously FAILED cos I woke up at 615 instead; cursed and swore for missing the school shuttle bus AGAIN then decided that since it was friday and IS, it wouldn't be so bad. So since the vacation is almost over, I decided to sit and look at what I did during the holidays that can be deemed meaningful and fulfilling. I thought and thought. Uh. NOTHING MUCH REALLY HAHAHAHAHA. Except spend time with my best bitches and all. We have really put a new meaning to Bleak; for life has been bleak without a job, life has been bleak walking around town aimlessly most of the time and its bleak that we have a habit of spending way to much cash and worse; having no means to replenish. haha. Derns and I did our hair yesterday, which means we basically wasted 4 hours of our lives sitting in a chair HAHAHA. Cut and dyed my hair while derns straightened it! Now she is paranoid that her hair is curling. haha. Last week was spent reading The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy and Other Stories with Brr brr brr bryan (haha how hilarious) and scrapbooking ( a little) and flea market shopping and collecting lots of chocolate eggs. It's like my new fetish or something. When im hungry, i reach for an egg. HAHA. oh. Queer. So now I will go forth and grab my lunch and remember not to miss yoga again this evening. Fatigue

Exhaustion. Even after over 14 hours of sleep. Aching like no tomorrow. HI. I am back from FMS camp. hahaa. Gone for almost a week yo! Camp was alright, wasn't as bad as I predicted it to be besides the eerky food and sweaty people and overdose of macs. HAHA. This years batch aint too bad at all; and my group was pretty much fuhriggin awesome. Got to spend time with muh bitchxzxzx too; would have died without them. Sleeping with Denise and Wan is fun. At ease

What better way to spend what's left of the holidays than to bum with the bum-worthy. haha. So the past week has been spent first knowing that I failed at looking for a job, then bouncing out of the house to spend money with my fellow comrades anyway. Yoga on Tuesday as usual, followed by Thai express with Abee and Dode. Proceeded with Bucks to end the night, then bounced home, feeling weak from yoga class (pathetic I know please dont laugh lehxzxzxz haha). Day after was spent at siloso with the usual beachers/beetches, except that Pasu came and Din didn't. Was threatening to rain all day man, we were sad shitless. BUT. Rain held. And we managed to swim across to the little island opposite the beach. Tiring. But great. And we got attacked by seaweed. HAHA. K.Oed on the sand for a bit, then rose to yell/sing to abee's pod with Pasu. OH YEAH. I was grieving and in distress for I left the house WITHOUT MY POD AND MY CAMERA ZOMG MY LIFE WAS OVER HAHA. So loserish as I stole music from other people and shamelessly shoved myself in front of Abee's and Pasu's cameras. HAHA. Left the island by myself at bout 7 ish for Denise, Kev, Ryl and Bev who were down in Bali Lane. Settled in Nabins and bought ourselves a bottle of Tequila as a pre-semester treat. Never Have I Ever-ed followed and Bryan decided to join us at bout 10. Miscellaneous events followed, including us K.Oing amongst the cushions. Left with Derns at bout 1am and cabbed home (ouchey on my marney hee hee) barely slept. Went back to school yesterday for some pre-fms camp thing. School felt so strange and surreal for some reason HAHA. Got tired and Dern's got sick so we skipped prata dinner with the rest and bounced back to the east. Finally caught some sleep last night and had DREAMS. They were funny and disturbing. Abee tells me I need medication. HAHAHA. -considers- PERHAPS.

Therapy. The best of it too. Retail therapy with Abee on Wednesday, with us trying hard to go on a budget (haha) which... KINDA did work out. Heee. Combed through far east, seeing that the last time we shopped there was nine million years ago, found some pretty good stuff in those little obscure shops. Pried myself away from this set of three rings that had birds and trees on them (they tell a STORY ZOMG HAHA) then scoured the land for stuff we saw earlier but were too hesitant to get due to monetary issues. haha. Popped down for the usual food on a stick, then bounced to Wisma where Bryan and Tim were to say hi. HAHA. Stole some coffee and left for Vivo for our long intended manicure and some forever 21 (which I promptly NETSed and now my account is depleting slowly, marther is going to kill me lehxzxzxzz aghh haha). 7ish rolls around and Bryan rings me, notifying us of these vouchers he had for a restaurante/bar down at maxwell street. SO. We bounced to maxwell after shopping to for a few drinks/hangchill. Quaint, pleasant place. LONG AND WINDING JOURNEY TOO. haha. Left just in time for our last trains and I woke up at 630am yesterday whatthedangit. Fell back to sleep at 830 and woke up just in time to leave for baking at Denise's. aha. Did I mention that I dreamt of a blue crab chasing me? HAHAHA. So therapy came in the form of baking. Went for sushi first with Denise with Rachey joining us shortly after, and we nursed her woes that came from camp. haha! Sam strolled a bit later, and we bounced, expecting Ryl at Dern's place. Realized we didn't have cupcake trays so... we ended up making one fatass rectangular CAKE instead HA. Was... kinda successful?? (haaaa) Rockband and Wii followed, with the much awaited class arrangement out. Excitement, good company and CAKE. Was great. Wii was hilarious though HAHA. (video below). SO. Dinn's 18th was not bad, down at Timbre and Nabins. Attempt to get him pissed drunk failed due to lack of funds. HAHA. Gran Torino and gala night for Importance Of Being Earnest today with Bryan. Was pretty much a good day. haha. Need to pack my room, which is literally screaming for help, and is already sucked into the abyss of ATROCIOUSNESS. Hmm.

And HI. Look who's back. So work week's over! And thus I am now jobless. HAHA. I reckon I really have to find some part-time job before I rot my already inactive brain cells away. So the past week has not been that taxing, really. Pretty fun, with access to indoor shows (haha) and the spontaneous cancellation of work on thursday. Felt random so Bryan and I went to the National Museum HAHAH and strolled around in the history gallery. Funny. Kinda creepy. haha. Felt lethargy set in and he felt like taking a dunk in my pool thus we bought ham, juice and yogurt and bounced back to my place. haha. Was great. But we ended up not swimming anyway due to.... lethargy. HAHA. Since yesterday marked the last day of work (actually I didn't have to go for work, just went over at 9 ish 10 at night to exploit the harry's vouchers haha). So Bryan decided to come along too, had dinner and Frolick (I had a card upgrade! haha) in Millenia then we bounced over to the Esplanade. Twas good fun. My dad and Bryan got all excited about SJI stuff (reliving glory days haha) and Sam the man downed beer like a monster. funny. hahaha. K I plan to swim before I bounce up and out of the house SO. Quick update before I bounce off! YES I have slipped off the realm of blogging cos the freedom of this holiday has set IN and I have chosen to somewhat pack my days with activities to prevent an overdose of bumming. haha. Been out pretty much everyday, and since Mosaic started, my bum has been firmly planted in the Esplanade, with the humdrum of work pounding in my non-active, dysfunctional mind, feeling more alive when night comes and people pour in for shows shows and more shows. And Bryan finally came back after his expedition in the US of A, and dragged a massive PINK (eek haha) Victoria's Secret paperbag with stuff he got for me from his trip. It was great. I can't even express how exciting it is to pick up a hamburger phone to TALK. HAHAHA. Massive boxes of tic tacs were part of the lot, with Keihls and an awesome Kate Spade wallet to boot. GRRRREAT HAHA. Not forgetting additional Vic Sec's merchandise that I absolutely adore. Thank and thanker. hha. Wednesday was spent having lunch/dinner/lunner with Denise and Ryl. Sushi! Havent seen those bitches in ages, we are really due to fly a kite soon. HAHA. Bounced off to pitch a tent with Bryan at pasirris beach which was SUCCESS! I pitched my first real tent I feel so proud. haha. Met Dode and Bryan again the next day for food/talk then went home early cos work was due to start the next dayy. First day of Mosaic was slightly bleak, but saturday was much better! Popped by for Carls's with bryan before work and the fool spontaneously drove down again with Mark and Tim at bout 12am cos I had nothing to do and nowhere to go. haha. Long and confusing car ride followed, involving highways, carparks, and leopard print dresses. HAHA. K gonna bounce. Laterr.

Beaching. And bitching. haha. Beaching for the super lazy nerds on Thursday with Din, Abee and Adam. Finally decided to really cut my hair and give up growing it long (hah) cos it was at such an odd length I couldn't figure out if I looked more like a tree or a hybrid plant and neither seemed desirable THUS. yes. Thus. haha. Headed down to sentosa to meet the rest of the bitches who were late (well so was I) but THE POINT IS. We were supposed to meet at 1:30 and 1:30 became.... THREE THIRTY HAHAHA. We expected it. So it was great weather for frolicking and K.Oing so yes, we had a great time. Whipped out magazines at some point of time, leaving Adam puzzled and confused as to why he was the only one without on-beach entertainment. haha. Good food, beer, the usual chips and juice, then lazed for a good few hours till it started to get a little dark and the breeze was sufficient to lull us to a state of semi-peacefulness/ consciousness. Got up once in a while to sing/yell to random songs on our pods which was sorely out of tune; entertaining ourselves and ONLY ourselves cos we were probably a pain in the ass to the public. hah. Got out of siloso and got ourselves food from kopitiam (haha downgrade!) and headed up to the open space at Vivo for dinner. Bounced back home after. Din Tai Fung with Sam today! We were starving like crazy. Like famished. haha. Grabbed poseur frozen yogurt, sat by the river, and had an odd conversation about fish and the big open sea. HAHAH. And now I'm back. OH. And I swam today. Some form of exercise! Big achievement, no?

My body disappeared and Din looks like a druggy. HAHA.

Too much time with dode. Seriously. hehh. Met her for lunch at Carl's on Friday, forgot to bring Julian's file, and refused to go down to CJ to watch her handball match. HAHA. Which they got disqualified for -claps-. But I mean, who can blame the referee for disqualifying their team... it IS Dode after all, thats enough excuse... HAHAHA. Took a stroll around town, attempted to look for a job but obviously failing again (haha), then getting myself Orange Julius, then bounced. Saturday was spent applying for my atm card (like finally omg i have earned the trust of my folks HEE took too long). AND THEN. Bryan rings me from Vegas, proclaiming that he was walking around in his PJs and he was proud of it. haha ultimate douchebag I swear. The next few hours were spent wondering why Abee was not contactable, that idiot! ha. Ended up going to the gala premier/ charity event of Sleepless Town at the Dramacentre. got our polaroids taken at the door, and we sat in our corner and judged everyone. ha.Reception was good, and the lounge music seriously floated muh boat. And Dode's too. haa. Took a lift back home from her and GUESS WHAT. Today. I. Got. An OVEN. And. A TINY COFFEE MAKER. That I am so immensely proud of. Tried to persuade my mom to get the expresso maker but it failed. Aw. It rains. I just had a mini cornetto. Damn it, its so incredibly mini! I wonder why.

Wander

It's been a while. haha. Went to Indo for a few days, stayed at my cousin's place in Jakarta then headed up to Bandung for a bit (which was really awesome) then bounced back. It was pretty much a drastic difference, compared to life over here, and it was actually strangely enjoyable. Would go back. haha. Food was fantastic; from local food, to french, to really good lasagna (haha Sam are you jealous), and great COFFEE. All day long. Almost every meal came with coffee or good tea. That's the way. haha. Great photo opportunities too, and shopping there was not bad except for one unfortunate event. I. GOT ATTACKED BY SOME BITCH VENOMOUS ANT. SOMEWHERE NEAR MY EYE. Don't laugh. hahaha. My left eye swelled to the size of a damn PLANET I swear, and now the bite has left a scab the shape of an island. Abee and Bryan and Krysten and Pasu and everyone died laughing at it at first sight. They were at complete disbelief that an ANT attacked my face. hahaha. Don't judge me. It will go away. hah. The most amazing thing was that since the doctors there were kinda... unreliable and dodgy, my planet got healed by garlic (yes, GARLIC) and eyedrops on cotton wool. Fascinating, no? haha. Now Abee and I have a plan to do yoga this holiday and... it needs to work. My un-fitness is getting to me. And we have yet to find a part-time job; which is pivotal for I am in dire need of cash. But then again, it's impossible, when bumming just seems so desirable right now. oh, bollocks.

Envy this

Fish and Co at the Glasshouse with part of the class yesterday, which was mighty pleasant and hilarious, and the first time I've seen Joel smile in a long time. haha! and BEN didn't show up, which was sad cos he would have had fun. We were persuaded to play (I still cannot believe this happened HAHAHA) LAN after dinner, holy shizzles, never have I EVER stepped into a LAN shop HAHAHAH, and probably made a better zombie then a human. Surprisingly, I do not have photos for you this time. hee. Anyanyanyanyway. Bounced from the store at bout 10pm, then proceeded to meet Bryan at the Cathay, then proceeded to take the bus to town-er area in the general direction of Alley Bar for drinks; no waitwaitwaitwaitwaitwait. It was Shah's birthday. hahahahah! Ended pretty early so we bounced to Swissotel to hang chill then bounced back a little past midnight. Acting for Eugene's (or rather, yue jin haha) today was quick and snappy, with a few amusing characters/activities around (haha) and we proceed to do one last scene tomorrow. I vill also trim my hair before leaving AND. Yes. Looking at some job options now. Life is starting to TWEAAAKKK the better way. hah.

Strange,but inviting.

Spent the remaining days in school recording for our radio assignment; which was strangely enjoyable/happy for Sam and I. Thursday was spent in Bucks finishing up our script, (and I actually wore my glasses out HAHA) and Friday was full on in school/studio, recording and editing;eating and laughing; then not submitting it anyway (haha), then busing down to town for a bit for Justin to pick up a gift for his girlfriend. Sam is touched that i took the bus with her. HAHA.

Saturday was spent catching Valkyrie with bryan, then heading down to the grass fora picnic with the gurlxz haha. Was, in short, too funny. For starters, my spuds totally failed due to underestimation in microwave timing/action, THEN. While we were picnicking, this MASSIVE golden retriever BOUNDED towards us and TOPPLED our food over, then STUCK its nose down Pasu's cup of wine and DRANK. HAHAHAHAHAHA. On top of all this, we all just sat there, paralyzed by laughter, not able to MOVE or do ANYTHING cos it was just too random and funny. And the dog looked too happy. Sigh. Good times. HAHAHA. After all the action, Dode appeared in the horizon. HA. marshmallow tossing followed, then 6pm rolled around and some of them headed for Adam's, while Dode Din, Bryan and I bounced. Headed to Sigs with Bryan for dinner at this awesome german restaurant that was incredibly cosy and quaint. After dinner I decided I needed to chuck a piss, so we headed to the petrol station. THEN. The ladies was LOCKED. so. I had to use the guys toilet and ZOMG. There was a fuhriggin DEAD ROACH on the floor and I was practically close to weeping in fear as I took a whizz. AHHHHHHHHH. I died, really. haha. grabbed some coffee, hung chill around eastwood, then bounced back at 11ish, 12. And. My folks have decided to let Ming take me around Bandung for a few days this weekend (some city;island or something in indo I think) so YES. That's coming soon. haha. Peer below now will you.

Buu's moulin rouge themed party was totally schmool, although there was an influx of sac girls and some of them went (hey isn't that.... Miss Sonia?) HAHA HIDE MY FACE. Food was strange though, and we were very apprehensive especially when it came to the black and white mess that looked like fish (which Adam claimed it was) and thus I turned to satay and prata. haha. But was good. Bryan the man decided to purchase himself, and the party some Absinthe, which Dode claims to taste like mouthwash, but only fatal. haha. And. He actually got reunited with his old boarding mate from Perth! hahahah. Small world. Although there wasn't much alcohol around, we started to notice other tables revealing their secret stash too, slowly but surely. Bryan and Chris became great friends over cloudiness (haha) and that was their mission for the night. HAHA. Mini dancefloor in her living room, got a little boring after a while (haha) thus we all hung chill outside instead. I'd like to say more but I am currently feeling grammatically and word-ly impaired due to the severe lack of sleep all because of incompetent air-conditioning as well as a tiff with the mother this morning that has driven me to the abyss of darkness which is my room, and I'm officially almost grounded. Almost. Not yet. I hope.
